Naiá Tallow

Pure Australian buffalo & beef tallow skincare

Simple. Nourishing. Naturally beautiful.

There’s something wonderfully uncomplicated about tallow.

For generations, animal fats have been valued for their ability to nourish, soften and protect the skin. Naiá Tallow brings that traditional approach into modern skincare, using a handful of carefully selected ingredients.

Our tallow is a beautiful blend of grass-fed buffalo and beef fat, carefully rendered and combined with extra virgin olive oil and a beautiful blend of botanical essential oils.

Our buffalo & beef fat is sourced from Gunbalanya in Arnhem Land, Northern Territory, giving Naiá its distinctive Australian story and connection to the land.

Why tallow?

Tallow has a naturally rich fatty-acid profile, containing fats that are similar in composition to some of the lipids naturally found in our skin.

This makes tallow a wonderfully simple ingredient for helping to:

  • Nourish and condition dry skin

  • Soften rough or dry areas

  • Support the skin's natural moisture barrier

  • Help reduce moisture loss

  • Leave skin feeling soft, smooth and supple

  • Provide rich, long-lasting conditioning without a complicated ingredient list

Tallow also naturally contains fat-soluble vitamins and other compounds, with levels varying according to the animal's diet and the rendering process.

Because tallow contains no added water, a little goes a long way.

Why buffalo & beef?

Not all tallow is the same.

Naiá combines grass-fed beef tallow with buffalo tallow, creating a rich, silky balm that melts beautifully into the warmth of your skin.

We source our buffalo fat from Gunbalanya in Arnhem Land, bringing an authentic Australian element to a traditional skincare ingredient.

We've deliberately kept the formula simple. Rather than filling our balm with a long list of unnecessary ingredients, we focus on quality fats, nourishing oils and carefully selected botanicals.
